Sputtering Training
3180, 3190, XM8, XM90

Basic Vocabulary

     This is a one day class on the basic vocabulary to ensure that communication between operators, technicians, and new engineers is effective and that machine problems can be located in the shortest possible time.


Operation and Maintenance

          This is a 10 day course that provides an introduction to operation and maintenance activities on the 3000 series Sputtering Systems. The class includes both classroom and hands on training. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to demonstrate the preventive maintenance activities needed to ensure uptime in a production environment.


Electronic Troubleshooting

     This is a 10 day course that provides an in depth knowledge of the electronic circuitry of Sputtering Systems. It includes circuit tracing, circuit operational discussions, and trouble shooting on the indicated tools.


Implant Training
DF4, 3000, 350D, and XP series Varian Implanters

     This is a one day class on the basic vocabulary for any Implanter to ensure that proper communication takes place between operators, technicians, and new engineers to optimize process repeatability.


Operation and Maintenance

     This is a 10 day course that provides an introduction to operation and maintenance activities on the DF4, 3000, 350D, and XP series Varian Implanters. The class includes both classroom and hands on training. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to demonstrate the preventive maintenance activities needed to ensure uptime in a production environment.
