     Far "C"ing Enterprises (FCE) was formed 1994 to meet the ever increasing demand for quality oriented training and technical support on the most sophisticated of FAB equipment. FCE has assembled a world class staff with over 100 combined years of experience. Specializing in Sputtering and Ion Implant, FCE offers a complete line of on-site operations, maintenance, and high vacuum training programs. Classroom as well as hands-on training programs are available.

     However should you desire to upgrade your tried and true existing equipment, our staff of Implant and Sputtering specialists can assist you in such things as improving particle control, improved vacuum performance, increased process stability, and increasing overall MTBF. In addition to our many other equipment upgrades such as the improved equipment cooling systems, our new SDS (Safe Delivery System) gas delivery system promises to be a must-have upgrade for all toxic gas delivery systems.
